In HA mode, the zk client session timeout and connection timeout should be configurable. The default hard-coded timeout of 5 seconds is too short.Once a fullgc lasts for more than 5 seconds, it is more likely to cause a master change. <img width="736" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/56697705-c356-4a53-a3ce-2cfce9ddcbd2"; /> ### How should we improve?
