bench: add boolean interleave benchmarks (#11503)

    ## Summary

    - Add Boolean arrays without nulls and with approximately 10% nulls to
    the interleave benchmarks.
    - Add benchmark cases for both Boolean arrays to measure interleave
    performance across selection sizes.

    ## Context

This PR separates the benchmark additions from the Boolean interleave
implementation so the benchmark bot can compare performance
    independently.
