Adds [Columnwire](https://github.com/DHARANEESH-SRINIVASAN/columnwire) to the Powered By page. - **Project:** Columnwire, Apache-2.0, published on Maven Central (`io.github.dharaneesh-srinivasan:columnwire-spring-boot-starter`) and npm (`columnwire`). - **Arrow components used:** Arrow Java (`arrow-vector`, `arrow-memory-unsafe`) for IPC stream writing with dictionary-encoded enums, and Arrow JS (`apache-arrow`) for `RecordBatchReader` streaming in the browser. - **Use case:** existing Spring MVC endpoints answer `Accept: application/vnd.apache.arrow.stream` with Arrow record batches streamed as they are encoded, while other clients keep JSON.
