Regarding of {{STREAM}} keyword, it's determined by the type of source, aka
{{BoundedSource}} and {{UnBoundedSource}}, related with the type of {{Table}}
in existing Beam SQL implementation. In a Beam pipeline, it's not set
explicitly {{BoundedSource}} or {{UnBoundedSource}}.
