Although the documentation mentions the function `DoFnTester.setOutputTags`
[here|https://beam.apache.org/documentation/pipelines/test-your-pipeline/#creating-test-inputs]
as well as in the Javadoc of the `DoFnTester` class, it is nowhere to be found.
