This PR adds `transient` to some non-serializable members of `Serializable`
classes. In general, these fields are local helper state which doesn't actually
get transmitted over the wire (i.e. `DataflowRunner` instances). Adding the
`transient` keyword makes explicit what would have previously failed at runtime.
All pre-commit and post-commit tests are passing, so I feel confident that
this doesn't break anything. @kennknowles would you feel comfortable reviewing
these changes?
