One thing I did not do: delete the tests from `BeamSqlDslArrayTest`. There
is overlap, but maybe testing the input/output of the PTransform level is still
useful? I'm not sure. Maybe it doesn't need the simplest tests, but just the
more complex ones. But for things like all the date operators and arithmetic I
think it can be converted to `SqlFunctions` like with the string operators, put
into just one tiny file, and just tested here.
