Apex isn't running on Mesos yet. However, the single node YARN cluster could be
packed as docker image, an older version is listed here:
http://apex.apache.org/downloads.html
We will need Apex 3.5.0 for Beam. If the docker image is useful for the
automation, then maybe [~chinmay] can help with it.
