#568: New tickets cannot be viewed ------------------------+-------------------- Reporter: avp | Owner: nobody Type: defect | Status: new Priority: major | Milestone: Component: dashboard | Version: Resolution: | Keywords: ------------------------+--------------------
Comment (by rjollos): I've looked in your database. It looks like you set `[ticket] default_product = RokEyeTee`, however you only have a single product in your database. The prefix of that product is `@` and the name is `RokEyeTee`. `[ticket] default_product` needs to be set to the prefix, not the product name. Overall, this is bad behavior on Bloodhound's part, because now there are 13 tickets in your database that can't be accessed because they are associated with a non-existent product. We need to do something to protect against this. -- Ticket URL: <https://issues.apache.org/bloodhound/ticket/568#comment:1> Apache Bloodhound <https://issues.apache.org/bloodhound/> The Apache Bloodhound issue tracker
