Comment:
After [th 13759] tickets can be created using the QCT with
th:BacklogPlugin installed. As noted on the th:BacklogPlugin page, it is
not even suitable for production use with Trac.
Once that, or another backlog management plugin is brought up to par with
Trac, we can consider integrating it directly into Bloodhound. It would be
a good GSoC project.
