well done @shustsud . I think that although both problems occur when ensemble is replaced, this problem fixes the calling sequence of unsetSuccessAndSendWriteRequest and sendAddSuccessCallbacks, and the #4171 tries to fixes the race conditions between unsetSuccessAndSendWriteRequest and writeComplete.
