According to your log,
Bookie goes to
org.apache.bookkeeper.bookie.GarbageCollectorThread#extractMetaFromEntryLogs,
but when executing
org.apache.bookkeeper.bookie.GarbageCollectorThread#doGcEntryLogs,
it does not print "Deleting entryLogId {} as it has no active ledgers!".
Therefore, I believe that your entryLog still has active ledgers and cannot
be completely deleted.
