### Motivation The version on `branch-4.18` was never advanced after the 4.18.0 release, so the pom files still say `4.18.0-SNAPSHOT` and the Python client still says `4.18.0`. The release scripts derive the release version from the pom, so this needs to be fixed before cutting 4.18.1. ### Changes - Advance all pom versions to `4.18.1-SNAPSHOT` (via `mvn release:update-versions -DdevelopmentVersion=4.18.1-SNAPSHOT -Dstream`) - Set `stream/clients/python/setup.py` version to `4.18.1` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
