### Motivation Finalize the 4.18.1 release on the website and docker image. ### Changes - Generate 4.18.1 website docs by renaming the 4.18.0 versioned docs (`site3/website/scripts/release-minor.sh`), as only the latest patch version per minor is kept - Set `latest_release` to 4.18.1 in `docusaurus.config.js` - Add a news entry for 4.18.1 to the releases page - Update `BK_VERSION` in `docker/Dockerfile` to 4.18.1 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
