Currently when running Buildr using ruby 1.9 with a maven repository over
https, Buildr returns:
SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read server certificate B:
certificate verify failed
It would be quite helpful if there was a way to tell Buildr to turn certificate
verification off.
