There should be at most one version of each code line on the main Apache
mirrors.
In the case of Buildr, there is only one code line, so only the latest version
should be present (apart from a short overlap of a week or so when a new
release is uploaded).
Please remove 1.4.6 and updated the download links to point to the archives
site.
