Summary: GPG addon hangs when .asc files are still in target

When running a build a second time without 'clean', GPG does not automatically
overwrite the .asc file. Instead it tries to promt for user input which usually
horribly fails on windows. This results in GPG waiting forever for a not shown
prompt.
I'd suggest to just overwrite those .asc files per --yes --batch. Patch will
follow.
