It would be nice to have a feature that lets you install a .settings folder
directly for your eclipse project.
By default right now Buildr generates a .project and .classpath file, but
doesn't meddle with .settings.
I will provide at least one good .settings folder with strong standards as part
of the distro as the default .settings.
