I have taken a first stab at them.
* Only a few addons declare tests.
* The jetty addon is probably behind the times. It's still using jetty 6, when
jetty 9 has been out for a while.
* We already included custom_pom into lib with BUILDR-729.
It looks like for now we can leave the addons as is.
