It seems upstream still hasn't published a fixed `aarch64` wheel, but forcing a local compilation seems to resolve the issue, eg: ``` pip install --no-binary ruamel.yaml.clib ruamel.yaml.clib ``` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
