This shouldn't be too hard to implement, but we need to have a new category of warnings. Some kind of user warning (as opposed to the "project" warnings we currently have). The cache server being inaccessible doesn't affect the project itself, so we don't need to change the cache keys if we make it fatal. This means that the fatal-warnings configuration needs to be in the user config, and bst should be aware of warnings that can be set there. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
