One thing maybe worth to mention is that updating the CopyRight year is a required step in the releasing, see here: https://calcite.apache.org/docs/howto.html#making-a-release-candidate. I'm not sure if it's really helpful to do it in a separate commit. Thank you for your reply. Then we can make changes after the 1.37 version is released. I can close this PR.
