Review Comment:
Camel-Spring is unfortunately required by Camel-Cxf because there's a piece
of code that checks if CXF is running in Spring Boot and casts the CamelContext
to SpringCamelContext. So it is really not used anywhere, but has to be loaded.
There is an outstanding ticket in the Camel about removing dependency on Spring
and splitting CXF into a number of sub-components, but it's 2 years old and I
see no updates.
