fixes https://github.com/apache/camel-quarkus/issues/4493 (Missing configuration of greenmail docker was missing, see [Greenmail issue](https://github.com/greenmail-mail-test/greenmail/issues/448).) I'm not able to run native tests locally on 'camel-4' branch. Though the fix changes configuration of testcontainers, it should work on native as well. CI job should confirm it. Should native test work on 'camel-4' @ppalaga ?
