   ## Issue
   
   During a native build compilation, some classes related to the FHIR 
extension are failing to be registered for reflection and causing the entire 
build to fail. I tried adding an empty META-INF/beans.xml file, using a 
reflection configuration file, and adding the jandex-maven-plugin. Nothing has 
worked so far despite those being the recommendations that Quarkus gives in the 
log output. 
   
   **Quarkus version**: 3.2.3.Final
   **quarkus-camel-fhir version**: 3.0.0-RC2
   **JDK Version**: 17
