CAMEL-23838: Fix camel-jbang TUI help (F1/? broken)
Fix two problems with context-sensitive help in camel tui:
1. F1 threw NoClassDefFoundError because camel-launcher's flat classpath
had commonmark 0.21.0 core (from openapi-generator) alongside 0.28.0
extensions (from tamboui-markdown). Pin commonmark to 0.28.0 in
camel-launcher so the core matches the extensions.
2. The ? key was not bound to open help. Bind ? to toggle help in
CamelMonitor (guarded against text input focus) and let HelpOverlay
close on ? as well. Extract opensHelp() for testability and add tests.
Closes #24277
