CAMEL-23394: Limit OpenAI conversation history size
Add maxHistoryMessages and maxHistoryTokens options to camel-openai to
bound conversation history growth. Uses segment-based trimming that
preserves tool-call/tool-result message pairs, with long-based token
estimation that handles image payloads. Always retains the most recent
segment even if it alone exceeds the token budget.
