CAMEL-23382: add camel-ai-tool-starter
camel-ai-tool is the unified AI tool component created in apache/camel
62df1f793ec5 (CAMEL-23382), which replaced camel-spring-ai-tools and is
the component the MCP server and the LLM producers consume tools from.
No Spring Boot starter existed for it, so Spring Boot users had to add
the plain camel-ai-tool dependency by hand.
Generated with ./starter-create ai-tool plus the generator runs that
regenerate the aggregator, the BOM and dependencies poms, the Spring
Boot catalog provider, and the starter doc page with its nav entry.
Adds a test asserting the component is auto-configured, that
camel.component.ai-tool.tags is copied onto the component, and that an
ai-tool route is registered in the AiToolRegistry under that tag with
the JSON Schema built from its parameter options.
