The Oracle and DB2 parts of `camel-quarkus-integration-test-jdbc-grouped` were disabled in the Quarkus Platform build as part of the Camel Quarkus 3.39.0 upgrade (https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus-platform/pull/2145). This issue tracks re-enabling them.
