I took both points anyway, in 5142a3b0: - **Three tiles, no carousel.** All three paths are visible at once. Clicking a tile shows its commands in a full-width terminal underneath, so the long `curl` lines no longer scroll inside a narrow card. - **Paths above the fold.** The hero now sits on a dark band, and the tiles overlap its bottom edge. On a 1440×900 screen the tiles, the commands, and the "Start with …" link all show without scrolling. The logo is still big, but it's now a cropped backdrop on the right instead of a box that sets the hero's height. If it still reads as too much, I can tone it down. The dark header is on the home page only; every other page keeps the cream one. The preview will pick this up on the next build. @jamesnetherton the Quarkus tile has the "Cloud native" badge you suggested (536bca34).
