Follow-up to #26494 and #26451. PR #26451 fixed the metadata of azure-storage-datalake, google-secret-manager, google-storage, web3j and grpc, so the YAML route examples on those five pages now pass the catalog checks. This drops them from `PAGES_SKIPPED` in `CatalogDocExamplesTest`, so the build guards them from here on, and trims the jt400 reason to what is still outstanding (the syntax's literal segments; the output options were fixed in #26451). Still skipped, tracked on CAMEL-24748: netty-http (`bootstrapConfiguration` got a field in #26451 but no `@UriParam`, so it is still not in the metadata), jt400 (syntax), olingo2/olingo4, xmpp, huggingface, salesforce-rest-api.
