Both applied in 4fd4e3b32c07: the walk of the cause chain is bounded (MAX_CAUSE_DEPTH), with a test on a two-node cycle assembled through a getCause override (A -> B -> A); the existing test keeps its cause message (typo fixed) and now asserts the appended reason explicitly with endsWith, so the new path is covered on purpose rather than by accident. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
