Shorter, highlights only: the examples repository reorganised into a real-world ladder with one web shop through it, the new step-by-step benchmark built from the READMEs' "build it step by step" sections, five of the 31 fixes with Jira links, one before/after table measured on the clean build, the SQL tool-group experiment, and the "same loop, better Camel" close. Numbers: step by step 81% -> 92% of steps and 29 -> 41 clean runs of 50; one-shot 66% -> 70% of attempts, pass@5 9 -> 10 of 10, pass^5 unchanged at 4 of 10, tokens per attempt ~3.1k -> ~2.4k. 33 Jiras, 31 fixed in 4.23.
