I checked it against #26862: - **They're complementary.** #26862 only changes `SinglePool.cleanupEvicts`: an evicted singleton pool's *endpoint* is no longer stopped while the routes use it. This PR changes `MultiplePool` (the *producers* of non-singleton endpoints), and `onEvict` only for non-singleton services. Singleton services are still stopped there, as before. - **They merge cleanly.** `git merge-tree` shows no textual conflict. On main (`691618333`) with both merged, `*ProducerCache*,*ServicePool*,*Pool*,*ConsumerCache*,PollEnrich*,*Evict*,ToD*,RecipientList*,Enricher*,*LRUCache*` in camel-core pass: 294 tests, 0 failures, including both PRs' new tests. Both protections (service-in-use and endpoint-in-use) hold together.
