Addressed the remaining notes from [round 5](https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/26813#pullrequestreview-5327052288) at `39261e079cb4`: - Updated the description to cover bounded retry and contextual action validation, with current validation results. - Rebased onto `main` at `f35c0b778da94`, including CAMEL-24871, CAMEL-25026 and the newer CAMEL-25041 reload changes. All eight existing commits replayed without conflicts or patch changes. - Retained `retryEvaluationFailurePropagatesWithoutRetryOrNormalEscalation`: it deliberately verifies the documented behavior when evaluation fails. All 12 retry/contextual-validation cases pass. The rebased tree passed 746 focused tests: semantic 51, TypeSafe AI 148, full YAML DSL 443, semantic schema 4, and TUI completion/source validation 100. The full root `mvnd clean install -DskipTests` passed all 695 modules with the Maven cache disabled; formatting, documentation cross-reference checks and generated output are consistent.
