## Description
The `signatureAlgorithm` enum of `pqc-signature-action` gets two fixes:
- **`PICNIC` removed.** Bouncy Castle 1.86 no longer ships Picnic, and
camel-pqc dropped the `PICNIC` signature algorithm in apache/camel#27052 (Camel
4.23, which the catalog targets).
- **`MLDSA` fixed.** The list was written `enum: [MLDSA","SLHDSA",...]`,
missing the opening quote, so YAML read the first value as `MLDSA"` and `MLDSA`
itself was not an accepted value. It dates back to #2468. A scan of the 262
Kamelets finds no other enum value with a stray quote.
The enum now reads `["MLDSA","SLHDSA","LMS","XMSS","FALCON"]`. The library
copy is regenerated by the build.
## Tests
- `./mvnw clean install`: the catalog convention validation passes over all
262 Kamelets, and the regenerated library copy is identical to the source
Kamelet.
- `KameletsCatalogTest.testSupportedHeaders` fails on `main` independently
of this change (`pulsar-sink` expected 5 headers, got 6 since CAMEL-24935);
#3071 fixes it.
- No Citrus test covers the PQC Kamelets. Locally `JiraIT` and `MongoIT`
fail on Kamelets this PR does not touch: the `mongodb-sink` route does not
start ("Password can not be null when the authentication mechanism is
unspecified"), and the Jira route never reaches its mock.
