### Bug description
`AzureServiceBusTest` intermittently fails (e.g.
`tokenCredentialAuthentication`) because the message sent during the test never
reaches the consumer mock within the poll window. The failure always looks the
same: the mock is empty, so the assertions read `null`.

### Analysis
- All consumer routes share a single queue and are started/stopped per test.
A message left behind or redelivered by a previous test can contaminate the
next one.
- The 1 minute receive window is sometimes too short: a freshly started
consumer, especially with token credential authentication, can take a while to
establish its receiver link, and the message only arrives after that.
