chore: fix EIP nav so EIPs are not nested under AI Patterns (#27170)
The AI Patterns entry was placed right before the injected EIP list in
eips-nav.adoc.template, so all EIPs (level 2 items) ended up nested
under AI Patterns instead of Enterprise Integration Patterns. Move the
AI Patterns entry after the injected list.
