Two fixes found while running the camel-jbang examples from the TUI.

   ### Examples ran in the wrong directory
The TUI started examples with `camel run --example=<name>`. That extracts
(or downloads) the example to a temp directory, but the process keeps the
directory of the TUI. An example that reads files relative to its own directory
(`file:orders`, `inbox`...) found an auto-created empty directory and processed
nothing: content-based-router, error-handling, the file and transform examples.

`LaunchManager.launchDetached` now handles it for all three ways the TUI
starts an example: the example browser (F2), the `tui_run_example` MCP tool and
`/run --example=...` in the AI panel.
   - It extracts or downloads the example itself, off the UI thread.
   - It replaces `--example=name` with the example's files, plus `--name`
unless one is given.
   - It starts the process in that directory.

The pending launches are a concurrent queue now, as tool threads add to them.

Plain `camel run --example=...` from a shell has the same problem when run
from another directory. A JVM cannot change its working directory, so that
needs a separate decision. Not changed here.

   ### The Overview lost its integrations table
On a 34-row terminal, with an infra service running and the log pinned, the
chart and info panel took all the height. The Integrations table showed only
its top border. The table now keeps room for its header and a few rows first.
The chart gets what is left, and is left out when that is too little.

   ### Tests
   - `LaunchManagerExampleTest`: the example found by name and short name;
other commands are not examples; `--example` replaced by files and name.
   - `OverviewTabRenderTest`: three integrations, an infra service and the
chart in a short area. The test fails before the fix.
   - The full module (1484) passes.
   - Checked live: content-based-router processes its 3 orders, and
error-handling shows its retries, failures and the parked order.
