Both points are now fixed here: - the `=` / `#` idempotency: see the inline reply; - a `+` in a key: keys are encoded like values now, so `log:foo?a+b=1` normalizes to `log://foo?a+b=1` both times (`testNormalizeSpaceInKey`). The description now links CAMEL-25190 for `%2B`.
