With Ollama, which answers one request at a time, a question asked right away then waited for the whole summary (about 40 s on qwen3.6) with no hint why. - The automatic summary starts once the panel has been idle for 3 s: nothing typed and no question or command running. A question asked right away is answered first. - A question asked while the summary is being written says so, with Ollama only: it waits for the summary, and Esc stops the summary. - The first Esc stops the summary and keeps the question, which then goes first. A second Esc cancels the question as before. A stopped summary leaves no error; `/overview` writes it later. - The AI panel docs say so. Tests: `ProjectOverviewAssistTest.theSummaryWaitsUntilThePanelIsIdle` and `aStoppedSummaryLeavesNoError`, `AiPanelTest.thePanelIsIdleOnlyWhenNothingIsTypedOrAsked`.
