**Depends on #27219**, whose commit this branch includes: the launch
watching and failure detection come from there. Merge #27219 first; this PR
then shows only its own commit.
Opening a Spring Boot or Quarkus project (`F2 > Open Project`,
`tui_open_project`) and running it had rough edges:
- **Running it removed the project.** The project now shows `⚙ Starting`
while it launches. While it runs, its app stands in for it under the app's own
name, with the project's name next to it. When the run ends or fails, the
project is back as Stopped and still selected.
- **A stopped project showed "Profile: prod" and an empty rate chart.** The
Overview now shows an *Opened project* panel instead: runtime, Maven or route
files, folder, and F10 to run.
- **The Source pane was empty** ("Select a file") while the routes were
folders deep. It now lists the routes found and where they are; `g` opens one.
- **The failure log opened at the top** of a long startup log. It now opens
at why the run failed.
- **The failure log of an earlier run stayed open** after reopening the
project. It is now closed.
- Docs: the main page.
Verified in the TUI with `camel-spring-boot-examples/metrics`: run with port
8080 taken (fails, back to Stopped), run with it free (runs, stands in), stop
(back to Stopped).
Tests: `OpenedProjectLifecycleTest`, `OpenedProjectViewsTest`. The module
tests pass.
