Fixed jolt, rest test modules
jolt: Quarkus 3.40.1 downgraded Jackson to the 2.21 LTS line, but camel-jolt
now uses Jackson 3.2.3 (CAMEL-24806), whose databind needs
jackson-annotations
2.22 (JsonApplyView, JsonIncludeProperties.order). The native build of
integration-tests/jolt failed on the unresolved members. Manage
jackson-annotations at the version required by the Jackson 3 BOM in the
integration test parent, winning over the quarkus-bom import, like the
existing protobuf-java override. Remove once quarkus-bom manages
jackson-annotations >= 2.22.
rest: CAMEL-24652 matches fileNameExtWhitelist entries exactly against the
bare file extension, so the route's ".txt" rejected every upload. Use
"txt", the documented format.
