The PQC test module this referred to (#8507) was closed as obsolete: both it
and the certificate code of the http-pqc-j17 example (now only on the `main`
branch for 3.40.x) were BouncyCastle JSSE workarounds that the platform now
replaces. Post-quantum key exchange is covered by the Quarkus TLS registry
(3.39+) on top of the JDK's JEP 527 support, shown in the new http-pqc-j25
example (apache/camel-quarkus-examples#593); ML-DSA certificates in TLS 1.3
arrive natively with JDK 28 (JDK-8381641). There is nothing left to unify. Test
coverage for Camel components stays tracked in #8497.
