Removes dependency on xalan-j. Some noteworthy changes:

   **`camel-quarkus-support-xalan` extension is removed**

Some of its logic is moved into `camel-quarkus-xslt`. Tika and XMLSecurity
extensions no longer need `camel-quarkus-support-xalan`

**Build time compilation of XSLT translets is now done only for native
builds**

The reason is that translets generated by the JDK's XSLT compiler depend on
classes in `java.xml` packages that the module does not export. Loading a
precompiled translet from the class path therefore requires `--add-exports`
   for five `java.xml` packages.

There is currently no automatic mechanism for Quarkus to set up exports in
dev & test mode. Which means users would have to configure them manually. Thus
worsening the UX. The trade off is that JVM mode now dynamically compiles
translets on application startup (as per any 'normal' non-Quarkus app).

For native mode, Quarkus provides a `BuildItem` to configure exports in the
native application.

I will try to follow up later to see if we can restore build time translet
compilation for JVM mode. It likely needs some Quarkus enhancements.
