Backport of #26060 to `camel-4.22.x` ([CAMEL-24594](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-24594)). The ticket was reopened because the fix had not been backported. REST DSL response marshalling failures were swallowed silently by `RestBindingAdvice`. With this fix, they are logged on the server side.
