URL: https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/27282

Splits two long pages of the camel-jbang terminal monitor docs into sub
pages.

   **New pages**
   - `camel-jbang-tui-local-models.adoc` (Local Models): Ollama and its
recommended models, OpenAI-compatible local servers (LM Studio, vLLM,
llama.cpp), the tool set for local models, what a question costs (load,
prefill, decode, prompt cache, context window) and the Ollama tab. All of it
moved from the AI Panel page, which is down from 397 to 203 lines and now links
to the new page.
   - `camel-jbang-tui-getting-started.adoc` (Getting Started): your own route,
the built-in examples, opening a project directory, and connecting Spring Boot
and Quarkus applications. All of it moved from the overview.

   **Overview** (297 → 186 lines)
   - A short Getting Started section with the three commands and a link.
   - The Source Code Browser section is gone; it repeated the key features and
the pages table.
   - The pages table lists the two new pages.
   - Fixes the broken `<<Theme>>` link in the command line options.

Both pages are in the nav, and the links into the moved sections (including
from `camel-jbang-ai.adoc`) now point to their new pages. The text itself is
moved unchanged; only the moved `===` headings became `==`.
