`IdentityRoutesTest.describesTheX509SvidWithoutRevealingTheKey` has failed on main since apache/camel@91a7792 (CAMEL-24739). That change makes `fetchX509Svid` put only the certificate chain on the body by default, a `List<X509Certificate>`, and the SPIFFE ID in the `CamelSpiffeSpiffeId` header. `X509SvidSummary.describe(X509Svid)` could no longer be called. The route's `onException(...).handled(true)` swallowed the error, so the body stayed the raw certificate. The fix reads the chain and the header. That follows the new safer default rather than opting back in to the private key with `x509Response=svid`. The route comment and the README section are updated too. Validation: `mvn -U verify` in `spiffe/` passes all 18 tests (identity, frontend, backend, inventory). The format step made no changes.
