Turns `main` green again after CAMEL-24649 (#26203).

**`CatalogSamplesTest.restOpenApiShowsTheConsumerEndpointAndTheContractFirstRest`
failed on main.**
- Cause: #26203 added an example of a `rest-openapi:` consumer endpoint to
the rest-openapi component page ("Unmatched requests"). `CatalogSamples` ranks
the examples that name the component's scheme first, so the contract-first Rest
DSL (`rest: openApi:`), the form that page recommends for serving an API,
dropped out of the two samples a model gets by default.
- Fix: the Rest DSL with `openApi:` runs on rest-openapi, so it now counts
as a use of it: one entry in a small `ALSO_USED_BY` map. It keeps its place,
first on the page, followed by the example that calls an API through
`rest-openapi:`. The test is updated to that order.
- **`eip-samples.json` was stale.** #26203 changed `rest-dsl-openapi.adoc`
without regenerating it, so every PR that builds camel-jbang-core failed the
uncommitted-changes check. This adds the file as CI regenerated it.
Tests: `CatalogSamplesTest` 23 tests pass against a `camel-catalog` built
from main, which includes the new example.
Once this is in, #27317 can drop its own copy of the regenerated file.
