Fixes #6652 Standardize the default namespace for global (cluster-scoped/descoped) Camel K operator installations to `camel` instead of `camel-k`. This aligns with the namespace convention adopted across the Camel ecosystem, such as in [[camel-tooling/camel-monitor-operator#195](https://github.com/camel-tooling/camel-monitor-operator/pull/195)](https://github.com/camel-tooling/camel-monitor-operator/pull/195), so all Camel-based operators deploy into the same default namespace. ### Summary of Changes * **Kustomize Overlay:** Updated `install/overlays/all-namespaces/kustomization.yaml` to use `camel` as the default namespace. * **Makefile:** Updated `DEFAULT_NS` and the `install-k8s-global` target to default to `camel`. * **E2E Support:** Updated test helpers in `e2e/support/test_support.go` to copy dev registry configurations and dump the operator namespace from `camel`. * **CI Workflows:** Updated GitHub Actions and E2E test workflows to create and wait for the operator in the `camel` namespace. * **Documentation:** Updated installation, contributing, registry, and uninstallation guides to reference `camel`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
